Fish International since 1892
The company Simonsen was founded in 1982 by Carl Simonsen in Hamburg as a herring import business. Since then, the company has developed into a full-range supplier serving the food industry, smokehouses, wholesale and market trade, cash-and-carry wholesalers, self-service wholesale markets, and the retail grocery sector.
